People’s Financial News, March 16 — Polyfluoro Multi-Technology Co., Ltd. (002407) announced on March 16 that on March 15, the company became aware of a report by CCTV’s “3.15” program team. The investigation found that Sichuan Shufuxiang Food Co., Ltd., Chongqing Zengqiao Food Co., Ltd., and others used hydrogen peroxide for bleaching and swelling during chicken claw production. This involved the hydrogen peroxide sales business of Henan Yifeng Electronic New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Yifeng Electronic”).

After self-inspection and verification: Yifeng Electronic is a subsidiary of Polyfluoro Multi-Technology. In 2025, its operating revenue was 31.152 million yuan, with a net profit of -3.3872 million yuan, accounting for a small proportion of the company’s consolidated revenue and net profit, with revenue share less than 1% (2025 data unaudited). The company’s business scope includes: production of hazardous chemicals; production of food additives; hazardous chemical operation; production of food detergents; disinfectant production (excluding hazardous chemicals) (projects requiring approval according to law can only be operated after approval by relevant departments; specific business items are subject to approval documents or permits); general items: import and export of goods; sale of disinfectants (excluding hazardous chemicals); sale of food detergents; technical services, technology development, technical consulting, technical exchanges, technology transfer, and technology promotion (excluding projects requiring approval by law, which are operated lawfully with business license). Yifeng Electronic has legally obtained all necessary operating licenses, including “Business License,” “Food Production License,” “Hazardous Chemicals Operation License,” and “Disinfectant Production Enterprise Hygiene License.” The qualification documents are genuine and valid, and the company has strictly conducted hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) production and operation activities within the scope of its permits.

The company’s investigation shows that Yifeng Electronic has not established any form of business cooperation, brand authorization, or product production relationship with Sichuan Shufuxiang Food Co., Ltd. (“Shufuxiang”), Chongqing Zengqiao Food Co., Ltd. (“Zengqiao Food”), or other entities mentioned in the media report. Its production and sales activities are unrelated to the company and its subsidiaries.
