March 18th, according to the “2026 Top 500 Comprehensive Strength of Real Estate Development Companies” released by the China Real Estate Industry Association, Shanghai Urban Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. ranked 37th among the Top 50 comprehensive real estate development companies in 2026. It also appeared on special lists such as the Top 10 for Stable Operations, Top 10 for Innovation, Top 30 for State-Owned Enterprise Strength, and Top 10 for Urban Investment Strength in 2026. Its product, Luxiangyuan Historical Style Preservation Project, was awarded the Best Practice Project in Urban Renewal for 2026.
