The General Office of the People’s Government of Hunan Province recently issued the “Several Measures to Further Promote the Development of Private Investment in Hunan Province.” The measures propose accelerating digital upgrades and transformations. They aim to deepen the integration of digital intelligence technologies with industrial and supply chains, supporting private enterprises that are key players or possess core competitiveness in these chains to build comprehensive digital empowerment platforms. The plan also involves thoroughly implementing the “Artificial Intelligence+” and “Smart Empowerment for Ten Thousand Enterprises” initiatives, making good use of policies such as equipment renewal loans and fiscal interest subsidies to encourage private companies to increase technological upgrades and equipment updates.
