Beijing Automobile: Wang Hao will no longer serve as Chairman due to work changes, and Zhang Guofu is nominated to serve as Chairman.

Beijing Automotive (01958.HK) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 20 that the company held a meeting that day and hereby announced that due to work changes, Wang Hao will no longer serve as Chairman, Executive Director, Chair of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee, or Chair of the Nomination Committee of the Board; Zhu Yan will no longer serve as an Executive Director or a member of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee; and Sun Li will no longer serve as a Non-Executive Director or a member of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee. These changes will take effect from the date the appointment of the new directors is approved. The Board recommends the appointment of Zhang Guofu as a Non-Executive Director. If shareholders approve Zhang Guofu’s appointment as a Non-Executive Director, it is further proposed to nominate Zhang Guofu as Chairman; Zheng Mingying as an Executive Director; and Zhou Jianyu as a Non-Executive Director. All terms are valid from the date of shareholder approval until the expiration of the fifth board of directors.
