Abstract generation in progress

Mingfa Aluminum announced on March 19 that the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiamen Mingfa International Trade Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to industrial and commercial approval), in Xiamen, Fujian Province, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan using its own funds. The board of directors has approved the plan, and it does not require shareholder approval. The investment does not involve related-party transactions or major asset restructuring. This investment aims to leverage the location and policy advantages of the Xiamen Special Economic Zone, expand international market business, and build an integrated international operation system that includes import and export trade, international logistics, and supply chain services. It also seeks to optimize foreign trade structure and enhance international competitiveness. The new company has not yet completed industrial and commercial registration, and subsequent registration procedures are still required, with approval risks involved.
