Beijing Business Daily (Reporter He Qian) reported on March 16 that JD.com has officially signed a business cooperation agreement with BYD (002594) in Shenzhen. It is understood that this collaboration focuses on fast-charging station energy replenishment services, upgrading single-function charging stations into integrated “people, vehicles, and energy replenishment” comprehensive service stations. These stations will feature diverse consumption scenarios including JD convenience stores, Qixian Coffee, and Di Space Cultural and Creative Boutique, and will operate 24 hours a day through an intelligent cloud monitoring system.

In addition, based on the cooperation agreement, BYD and JD.com will also conduct multi-level business collaborations in areas such as fast-charging station site selection, charging rights, and vehicle ecosystem.
