On March 18, Pang Donglai announced the implementation details of “Pang Donglai Open Day,” which is held on the 10th and 20th of each month. If these days fall on a Tuesday, the event will be postponed to the next day. The open day is intended for corporate learning visits, with each group limited to no more than 15 people, and a maximum of 3 people can book from the same company. The fee is 20,000 RMB per person. The visit includes Pang Donglai Industrial Park, Angel City, and Times Square.

Pang Donglai also mentioned that the following two situations qualify for a refund:

If during or after the visit, participants feel there was no real benefit or disagree with the shared content, they can apply for a full refund at any time within 10 years. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the application; simultaneously, the company’s visit qualification will be permanently canceled.
If the visit is canceled due to the company’s own reasons, the full fee will be refunded, and the company’s reservation for the year will be canceled.

If the company exhibits uncivil behavior during the visit, Pang Donglai will also issue a full refund and permanently cancel the company’s visit qualification:

During the visit, if there is behavior such as wandering around during sharing, appearing sleepy, or frequently answering calls for extended periods, indicating a lack of seriousness, focus, or participation.
Disruptive behaviors that threaten public safety or order during the visit. Pang Donglai will intervene immediately and may ask the offending party to leave, and in necessary cases, report to the police or pursue legal action.
