Shenzhen China Star Optoelectronics: Core Business Drives Strong Performance, Revenue Hits Record High of 36.2 Billion Yuan

In 2025, Shentianma (000050) achieved annual revenue of over 36.2 billion yuan, an increase of more than 8% year-on-year, setting a new record high; net profit attributable to shareholders increased by over 800 million yuan, net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses increased by more than 1.6 billion yuan, and operating cash flow grew by over 21% year-on-year. At the same time, the company continued to optimize operational efficiency, fully promoted cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, reducing the cost and expense ratio by approximately 4.25 percentage points year-on-year, which also effectively contributed to profit level improvement.

Among them, the revenue share of the company’s automotive and professional display businesses exceeded 50%, with a year-on-year growth of about 19%, driving the expansion of business profits and becoming a stabilizing factor for the company’s steady profit growth. During the reporting period, the company’s automotive business revenue increased by 18% year-on-year, reaching a new historical high; automotive electronics and new energy vehicle displays became important growth engines. The automotive electronics business, focusing on international leading automaker display assembly projects, saw revenue grow by over 30% year-on-year and successfully achieved profitability breakthroughs. It is reported that the annual vehicle installation volume of automotive electronics exceeds 2 million units, with new European luxury models added for mass production and delivery within the year. Currently, the company covers multiple series of assembly projects for six global top automakers.

In terms of key production line construction, during the reporting period, the TM19 production line invested by an important joint venture of the company achieved phased mass production capacity ahead of schedule, covering all product lines and successfully launching projects. This has promoted the successful introduction and delivery to leading customers in multiple application fields, and continuous breakthroughs in new technological capabilities. The IGZO technology won important international and industry awards, and the first IGZO product was successfully mass-produced. The TM20 production line focuses on rapid expansion of automotive and IT product technologies, with smooth progress in customer cooperation and mass production delivery. High-complexity product capabilities continue to improve, and capacity and operational efficiency have significantly increased. The continuous breakthroughs of these production lines will strongly support the development of key areas such as IT and automotive, and, relying on advanced automation and intelligent manufacturing systems, gradually build industry competitive advantages. During the reporting period, the Micro-LED production line capacity steadily increased, successfully transferring over one million Micro-LED chips with high efficiency, high precision, and high yield, helping the Micro-LED business achieve commercial breakthroughs in the PID field.

Shentianma stated that in the face of industry opportunities and challenges, the company will adhere to strategic leadership in industry development, with the core goal of continuously improving operational quality and efficiency.
