Today’s Operations

  1. Last night, I lined up all candidate stocks. After the opening auction, I found that the buy orders were not as expected, so I canceled and waited for opportunities. Mingpu Magnetic started adding orders at 9:21, so I re-queued.

  2. After the auction ended, Mingpu Magnetic opened with a flat limit-up, with 80 million traded and 800 million in buy orders, continuing to queue; Jixin Technology opened 3 points higher, fitting Mode B; Rishun Oriental, Lanyan Holdings, and Guang’an Aizhong opened between -2 and 0 points, barely fitting Mode B. Today, the CSI 2000 opened stronger than the Shanghai Composite, meeting normal position operation requirements.

  3. Yesterday, I modified the AI analysis model, feeding all flat-limit stocks along with their consecutive board counts and buy order volumes for AI analysis, which recommended Tongniu Shares. Since it’s a new model, I observed the opening and saw Tongniu rose well, so I bought a small position. Unexpectedly, the environment turned bad later, and that day I lost 12 points. But this trade was within the mode, and I accepted the trial-and-error cost. Recently, I’ve been observing the volume-based arbitrage mode of flat-limit stocks, discovering many stocks that hit the first limit-up and then quickly break and re-peg the next day with premiums. So today, I queued Reisconda. But this is a first limit-up rebound after a break, a bit different. My trial position was off, and I lost 26,000 today, which shouldn’t have happened.

  4. Among the candidates, Mingpu Magnetic is still queuing, so I shifted to observe Jixin Technology. After 9:35, when Jixin Technology broke above the early high, I bought in. Unfortunately, the environment was too bad today; after a spike and fall, it plunged, losing 10 points that day. According to the “only do the strongest candidates” rule, this operation was outside the mode, and the 20,000 loss shouldn’t have happened. At 11:00, Mingpu Magnetic broke the limit, and I got caught in it. It failed to re-peg afterward, losing over 6 points today. But even if I hadn’t been caught, I would have tried to buy back the limit-up, so I accept the loss within the mode.

  5. I hold two stocks. Jiali Tu opened slightly red, and I planned to clear at the cost line, but the environment was too bad, so I sold at the end of the day, losing 4 points, still acceptable. Yesterday, I bought shares in Chengbang Co., which opened more than a point higher, but I had high hopes for it and didn’t sell, so it kept falling. When it broke the moving average and didn’t recover within 10 minutes, I should have sold at the moving average, but I held onto illusions, and it dropped to the 5-day line. I wanted to add positions for T+0 trading, but the environment was too bad, and the T+0 attempt failed. This entire operation was outside the mode, losing 7 points and 14,000, which shouldn’t have happened.

  6. The market kept falling, but yesterday it quickly recovered from below 4000 points. With some easing of external tensions, I predicted today would be a rebound, so I abandoned all fears, leading to all my operations being distorted today. These outside-mode operations caused me to lose 60,000, wiping out this month’s profit. In the first 19 days, I was diligent, but one lapse of discipline wiped it out. No wonder extreme athletes who overcome fear don’t live long—success a thousand times doesn’t matter if you slip once. A stable mode is my armor; although it’s restrictive, taking it off would be deadly. I will remember today’s pain, abandon predictions, follow the market, and with 7 trading days left this month, there’s still a chance to steady and make progress.

Trading Mode and Experience Summary
-------------Stock Selection-------------

  1. Every night, select 3 stocks with first-limit-up (首板) and put them into the candidate pool, considering the overall market, sectors, hot spots, and stock patterns. Choose the strongest, not the weakest. Only select the top first-limit-up stocks in the strongest sectors or new sectors (only first-limit-up). Prefer stocks within the same sector and rank, especially those with restructuring concepts or multiple strong concepts. Avoid stocks with poor performance (02-10).
  2. If no suitable first-limit-up stocks are available that day, do not trade. Stocks without sector support should be skipped (01-08).
  3. Don’t rush during holidays; wait until the last night, and select based on the full set of news and developments (02-10).

-------------Position Opening-------------

  1. Only do one entry for two positions, selecting the strongest from the candidate pool for overnight orders. Focus on auction first-limit-up stocks; if unable to buy, stay in cash (04-24).
  2. During the main rise, prioritize first-limit-up stocks; during chaos, can abandon first-limit-up stocks and switch to catching turn-over stocks for breakouts (12-27).
  3. Cancel buy orders with buy volume below 100 million before 9:20 in the auction (05-30).
  4. When CSI 2000 turns red and is stronger than the Shanghai Composite, and the stock’s sector has no limit-up or only first-limit-up stocks (09-04):
    a. If candidate stock opens 6-9 points higher and successfully hits the limit-up before 10:00 → buy on the breakout.
    b. If candidate stock opens 1-5 points higher and the price stops falling and breaks the intraday high → buy on the breakout.
  5. Use volume arbitrage mode based on the auction first-limit-up stocks to find the most related one-two target stocks; buy directly in the auction on the first day, sell the next day (02-27).
  6. Use half-position rolling operations to reduce risk (01-03).
  7. Do not trade stocks with 20-cent limit-ups (03-07).
  8. Only do night queuing if the first-limit-up success rate exceeds 80% that day (06-20).
  9. Don’t be afraid or overconfident; buy when the mode fits, wait for the next opportunity if missed. The market offers many chances; patience is key (12-12).

-------------Holding Stocks-------------

  1. For all stocks hitting the limit-up, set buy order alerts. If buy orders decrease by more than half, consider cutting losses (12-25).
  2. For stocks that broke the limit yesterday, if the auction opens more than 2 points lower, sell immediately at limit price (12-27).
  3. For stocks that didn’t hit the limit yesterday, observe whether the auction trend weakens or strengthens. If weakening, sell at open; if strengthening, hold based on moving averages (12-27).
  4. For stocks with successful consecutive limit-ups (excluding third-party stocks), consider closing at the end of the day auction; if unable to hit the limit, sell at the limit-down price (12-27).

-------------Other-------------

  1. After a big loss, don’t get emotional. The road is long. Stay calm, earn back gradually according to the plan (12-03).
  2. Review lessons before each market open. In 2025, focus on practice, continuously optimize stock selection, and strive to improve success rate (12-31).
