Rui Si Network News: On March 19, Cheung Kong Holdings Limited announced that the company’s board of directors recently decided that Mr. Zhou Jinzhi will resign from his position as a non-executive director after the conclusion of the company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2026, to devote more time to other business and personal affairs; at the same time, Mr. Li Yeguang will also step down at the 2026 Annual General Meeting and will not seek re-election, also resigning as a non-executive director after the meeting to focus on other business and personal commitments.

Both directors have confirmed that they have no disagreement with the board and have committed to continue serving as special advisors to the board after their resignation, sharing their business experience and expertise.
