Bank of China: Appoints Ms. Huang Xueqing as Vice President of the Bank

Bank of China Announcement: The Board of Directors of Bank of China Limited held a meeting on March 3, 2026, and decided to appoint Ms. Huang Xueling as Vice President of the bank. Ms. Huang Xueling, born in 1977, joined the bank in 2026. Previously, she served as the Director of the Equity Management Department II at Central Huijin Investment Ltd., Director of the Capital Operations Department, and concurrently as Chairwoman and General Manager of Central Huijin Asset Management Co., Ltd. Her appointment is subject to approval by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
