Cities including Tianjin, Shenyang, Chongqing, Chengdu, Wenzhou, Hangzhou, and Shanghai also issued overnight notices, conducting investigations on the involved companies.

Tianjin: Investigating the “Universal Miracle Drug” Company

On the evening of March 15, issues related to Hao Lin (Tianjin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. were exposed during the “3.15” Gala.

Tianjin established a joint investigation team composed of the Tianjin Drug Administration, Tianjin Health Commission, Tianjin Public Security Bureau, and Tianjin Market Supervision Administration to carry out investigations and enforcement actions, resolutely cracking down on illegal activities and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Shenyang: Investigating Multiple Companies for “Deceptive Private Domain Marketing Targeting the Elderly”

On the evening of March 15, the “3.15” Gala exposed issues involving Shengwei and Aoying companies in Shenyang engaging in private domain marketing scams targeting the elderly.

The Shenyang Market Supervision Bureau, together with relevant departments, formed a joint investigation team to conduct on-site investigations. Moving forward, they will handle the cases strictly according to law and regulations, and the relevant information will be released to the public in a timely manner.

Chongqing: Filing Investigation into “Bleached Chicken Feet” Companies

On the evening of March 15, the “3.15” Gala exposed Chongqing Zengqiao Food Co., Ltd. for illegally using hydrogen peroxide in the processing of chicken feet.

The Chongqing Market Supervision Administration announced that enforcement officers from the Hechuan District Market Supervision Bureau have entered the company to conduct further investigations. Currently, the company has been placed under investigation for suspected violations, with involved products seized, and the company urged to recall the implicated products voluntarily.

Chengdu: Ordering Three Companies Involved in Extracellular Vesicle and Related Issues to Suspend Operations

On the evening of March 15, the “3.15” Gala exposed issues related to “bleached chicken feet” and “‘universal miracle drug’ extracellular vesicles,” involving Chengdu Shufu Xiang Food Co., Ltd., Mingyang Food Co., Ltd., and Jiebosair Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Chengdu has established a joint investigation team to carry out enforcement actions, conducting comprehensive inspections of the involved companies. They have ordered the companies to cease production and operations, seized all related products and raw materials, and investigations are ongoing.

Wenzhou and Hangzhou: Filing Investigations into “Height Increase” Scam Companies

On the evening of March 15, the “3.15” Gala exposed scams related to “height increase.” Wenzhou and Hangzhou issued investigation notices for multiple involved companies.

Wenzhou issued notices regarding several companies, including De Jirui, suspected of false advertising related to “physical height increase for teenagers.” The Wenzhou Lucheng District Market Supervision Administration, together with relevant departments, conducted on-site enforcement investigations. Future actions will be based on evidence collected, handled strictly according to law. Additionally, industry-specific rectification measures are being organized to protect consumers’ legitimate rights.

Hangzhou filed investigations into companies involved in height increase scams. Hangzhou Anlishen Health Management Co., Ltd. is suspected of operating a “height increase” scam. The Hangzhou High-tech (Rights Protection) Zone (Binjiang) Market Supervision Administration conducted on-site inspections, has filed a case against the company, and is collecting evidence. Further actions will be taken according to the investigation results, strictly following legal procedures.

Shanghai: On-site Inspection of Illegal Electric Bicycle Rental Companies such as Hello

On the evening of March 15, the “3.15” Gala exposed illegal activities by Shanghai Hello Puhui Technology Co., Ltd. and Bojingsi Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in electric bicycle rentals.

The Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Administration announced that market regulators at the city and district levels immediately activated emergency response mechanisms, working with public security and transportation departments to conduct on-site inspections of the involved companies overnight. The investigation results will be announced to the public promptly. Moving forward, relevant departments will jointly carry out comprehensive rectification of illegal activities in the electric bicycle rental sector to maintain market order.

Zunyi: Seizing the “Stock Recommendation and Profit Sharing” Scam Company

On the evening of March 15, the “3.15” Gala exposed Zunyi Xinben Ke Information Consulting Co., Ltd. for operating stock investment consulting services under the guise of “stock tips and profit sharing,” suspected of illegal activities.

The Zunyi Municipal Government Information Office issued a notice stating that the company has been sealed off, and the company’s responsible persons and relevant personnel are under control. Evidence collection is underway, and investigations are ongoing. Future actions will be based on the investigation results, handled strictly according to law.
