OpenAI’s $500 billion “Interstellar Gate” AI data center project, after a year of stagnation, has officially shifted to a mode of deep collaboration with external companies. Recently, OpenAI has put aside its plan to build its own data center and instead partnered with Oracle to develop a 4.5GW data center, as well as working with SoftBank to develop a 1GW campus in Texas.
