ST Xinhua Jin: Suspended from trading starting February 26 due to inability to complete fund occupation rectification within the deadline for correction.

ST Xinhua Jin announced on February 25 that due to failure to complete rectification before the deadline (February 25, 2026), in accordance with Article 9.4.1 of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (revised April 2025) and other relevant regulations, the company’s stock will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on February 26, 2026, with an expected suspension period of no more than 2 months. If the rectification is not completed within two months after the suspension, the Shanghai Stock Exchange will issue a delisting risk warning for the company’s stock. If the rectification is still not completed within the following two months, the SSE will decide to terminate the company’s stock listing and trading.

On August 25, 2025, the company received the “Decision on Imposing Corrective Measures on Shandong Xinhua Jin International Co., Ltd., Xinhua Jin Group Co., Ltd., and Zhang Jianhua” (No. 11 [2025]) issued by the Qingdao Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “Qingdao CSRC”). As of the disclosure date of the 2025 semi-annual report, Xinhua Jin Group and its related parties had a non-operational capital occupation balance of 406 million yuan. All occupied funds should be repaid within six months of receiving the “Decision on Imposing Corrective Measures.” As of the date of this announcement, Xinhua Jin Group Co., Ltd. and its related parties have repaid a total of 0 yuan, and a specific solution for the capital occupation has not yet been determined.
