招商 3% interest rate, 5-year interest-only, want to withdraw for additional investment.

Investing 300,000 with a 3% annual interest rate, interest paid after 5 years
Limited capacity, planning to take it out and make additional investments within my own knowledge circle. Besides arbitrage, I plan to use a total of 200,000 to do some futures contango trades, blue-chip stocks for dividends, and IPO subscriptions, with a small portion for bottom-position arbitrage. The remaining 100,000 will be used for cash management and liquidity to supplement margin. Is this strategy too risky?
