If the big player uses 10x leverage, that means they only used $1.5 million to push the price up by 50%. 98% of the coins are in the big player's hands, so the cost to push the price is really low. Who dares to be a big player with just a few billion dollars? It's really easy for big players to make money off retail investors. Plus, they charge fees and take their cut.
