Each plans to reduce holdings within three months after the disclosure date through centralized bidding or block trades due to funding needs: Liu Shaohua, Zheng Shengwei, and Ye Zhangming each will not sell more than 1 million shares, accounting for 0.13%; Xiao Yong will not sell more than 1.6 million shares, accounting for 0.21%.
