The market opened and immediately realized gains on the first day of the new year. Speculators and retail investors were pre-emptively hedged before the holiday through quantification. The major index opened high, but most individual stocks opened high and then declined. The market experienced rapid rotation throughout the day, entering a chaotic phase. Currently, the strategy is to reduce trading activity, try with low positions, and diversify holdings.

My approach
I am a short-term trader. Every day before the market opens, I select three stocks as priority buys. However, this is not rigid; with thousands of stocks, it’s impossible to lock onto just a few pre-selected stocks and ignore others. Behind the selected stocks, I often monitor dozens of stocks or multiple sectors. Plans can’t keep up with changes; the situation is more complex than expectations, so I rely on intraday market conditions.

I dare to enter high positions at high prices and almost operate with full positions daily. The goal is to maximize capital utilization and pursue high returns, avoiding participation in stock adjustments, which would only waste time and violate short-term principles.

Retail investors lose money because they take small profits and run, or they hold onto small losses until they recover, unwilling to cut losses. They don’t realize that losses can accumulate, leading to long-term trapped positions. Experts buy but cut losses quickly when expectations aren’t met, never sentimental. When making money, they are greedy and hold tight, like hyenas. Most people lose money because they don’t think deeply about this. If they reverse their thinking, making money in this market becomes less difficult. Wealth comes from skill, not effort; advantage comes from the situation, not forceful farming.
