Abstract generation in progress

FedEx has sued the U.S. government for a full refund of emergency tariffs imposed by former President Donald Trump, which were recently ruled illegal by the Supreme Court. This makes FedEx the first American company to seek such a refund following the ruling. While the Supreme Court decision did not specify what should happen to the estimated $160 billion already collected from these tariffs, Trump has since announced new universal tariffs under a different legal framework.
