The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and other organizations issue documents to guide private enterprises in enhancing their labor employment management capabilities
The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the China Enterprise Confederation recently issued the “Management System for Labor Employment in Private Enterprises (Reference Text),” further guiding private enterprises to establish and improve a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, enhance their labor employment management capabilities, and actively build harmonious labor relations. The system consists of twelve chapters, covering key aspects of the entire labor employment process, including general provisions, recruitment and hiring, labor contracts, labor dispatch, rest and leave, wages and benefits, and more. It aims to provide private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, with a comprehensive, standardized, and referenceable framework for labor employment management. Moving forward, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the China Enterprise Confederation will carry out in-depth publicity, interpretation, and training activities to promote the improvement of private enterprise governance capabilities and the construction of harmonious labor relations.
