Gelonghui February 23 | Mingming is very busy (01768.HK) Announcement: Pursuant to Section 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Price Stabilization) Rules, Chapter 571W of the Hong Kong Laws, the Company announces that the period for price stabilization related to the global offering ended on February 22, 2026, (Sunday), which is the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offering. The price stabilization activities conducted during the stabilization period by the Stabilizing Manager, Goldman ( Asia ) Limited or any person acting on its behalf, are listed as follows:(1) A total of 2,326,600 shares were sold in the international offering, representing approximately 15% of the total shares available for subscription under the global offering(; and)2( The overall coordinator), on its own behalf and on behalf of the international underwriters(, conducted stabilization activities on Tuesday, February 10, 2026), according to the global offering.

Gelonghui February 23 — Ming Ming Very Busy (01768.HK) announced that, pursuant to Section 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Price Stabilization) Rules, Cap. 571W of the Laws of Hong Kong, the stabilization period for the global offering has ended on Sunday, February 22, 2026 (the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offering). The stabilization activities conducted by the stabilization agent, Goldman Sachs (Asia) Limited or any person acting on its behalf, during the stabilization period are as follows:

(1) During the international offering, an over-allotment of 2,326,600 shares was exercised, representing approximately 15% of the total shares available for subscription under the global offering (after the exercise of the over-allotment option but prior to the exercise of the overallotment option); and

(2) The overallocation agent (for itself and on behalf of the international underwriters) exercised the overallotment option on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the final offering price of HKD 236.60 per share (excluding 1.0% brokerage commission, 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, 0.00565% HKEX trading fee, and 0.00015% Financial Services and Treasury Bureau transaction levy), involving a total of 2,326,600 shares, to facilitate the delivery of some H-shares to the underwriters who have agreed to defer delivery of the H-shares subscribed for under the global offering.

During the stabilization period, the stabilization agent did not purchase or sell any shares in the market for stabilization purposes.
