Bhd to its wholly owned subsidiary MFS TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD, a subsidiary of Shenghong Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. The total transaction consideration does not exceed $51 million. After the transaction is completed, SPMY will no longer be included in the company’s and Maxeon’s consolidated financial statements.
