Tongtong Finance APP News: Tianhong Cultural and Creative (08500) announced that Ms. Liang Wei (Ms. Liang) will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as defined under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK), effective from February 10, 2026.

Mr. Liu Lihan has been appointed to replace Ms. Liang as the authorized representative, effective from February 10, 2026.
