Today, many people asked me why Bitcoin suddenly surged so strongly today. In fact, I think this rapid rise in Bitcoin in the early hours is not fundamentally a trend reversal, but more like a typical "emotion-driven + liquidity game." After continuous oscillation and compression, the long and short positions on the market are clearly accumulating, and the market is already in a state that can be easily ignited. The main players only need to use relatively small funds during low liquidity periods to complete the upward move. On one hand, this triggers short stop-losses; on the other hand, it attracts long chasing positions to enter, thereby completing a redistribution of chips. Such a rise is more of a structural technical move rather than a change at the fundamental or trend level.
During the daytime, as the market turns sideways, it is actually the "digestion period" after this wave of rise. Selling pressure above begins to gradually release, while the chasing longs below dare not add positions recklessly. The bulls and bears re-enter a game state, and the price is locked in a relatively narrow range, repeatedly tugging back and forth. From a rhythm perspective, this is a typical consolidation after a surge, not a continuation of a strong unilateral move. If a genuine trend were to start, it would usually be accompanied by continuous volume expansion and structural elevation, but currently, the market does not have these conditions.
As for tonight's trading strategy, the core message is: do not chase the rise, avoid emotional trading, and trade within the range. Focus on observing the gains and losses at the upper and lower boundaries of the range. When near the resistance level, lean more towards defense and testing short positions; when near the support level, consider short-term longs or wait-and-see. Wait for the true direction to be confirmed before following the trend. At this stage, it’s not about who can place orders faster, but who has more patience and can stick to discipline. The market never lacks opportunities; what’s missing is the ability to stay clear-headed amid oscillations and the temptation of chasing longs or shorts. $BTC #Gate广场创作者新春激励
