#GateAPP焕新体验 Regarding the user experience of the new version, I have browsed the updates related to the plaza and received almost unanimous praise, but I still want to share my personal feelings. If there is anything inappropriate, please ignore ≦(._.)≧
Initially, after updating, the experience was quite perfect. However, within a couple of days, issues started to emerge one after another, mainly as follows:
1. GT exclusive airdrops cannot be claimed normally!
2. Screenshots cannot be uploaded properly in posts, even those sent a long time ago are not allowed!
3. Occasional crashes during live streaming!
4. Some activities cannot be participated in through lottery, showing garbled characters!
5. Regarding follow-up on support tickets, responses are very timely, but solutions are delayed! Previously, you could communicate with customer service directly on the ticket detail page; now you have to switch to the communication record, which is a bit redundant!
In summary, the update is meant to improve the experience and make operations more convenient, not just for the sake of upgrading!
