True Web3 governance should put people at the center. Many decision failures are fundamentally due to the lack of consultation with those affected, and the absence of feedback or remedial channels for them. The communities that suffer the most are often those with the least voice—they don't even have mechanisms to oppose unjust decisions. What's even more painful is that some authorities often hide behind the banners of "public interest" or "risk prevention" to evade responsibility. True decentralized governance should not be like this.
