Looking at BTC liquidation distribution, there are currently two relatively concentrated liquidation zones above, located at approximately 93800 and 94700. Based on my personal technical calculations, the core resistance zone above is between 93500 and 94200.
In terms of trading strategy, around 94200 is an ideal area to attempt short positions. It is recommended to place stop-loss orders above 94800 to avoid noise fluctuations and effectively control risk.
It is important to emphasize that establishing short positions at major resistance levels inherently offers high cost-effectiveness. These positions are often difficult to break through strongly in one attempt. If the price fails to stabilize with increased volume and shows signs of a pullback, you can take profit on 50% of the position first. The remaining position's stop-loss can be moved to the cost basis or continue to use 94800 as a defense level. Overall, this trading structure naturally has a "no-loss" attribute.
Furthermore, the next significant resistance zone above 94200 is between 97000 and 97600, but the resistance strength in this area is noticeably weaker compared to around 94000. Lastly, and most critically, it is essential to monitor the fund flow on ValueScan in real-time: if funds continue to flow out, the difficulty of breaking above increases, and the likelihood of a pullback rises; if funds do not flow out significantly or even continue to flow in, the market still has the potential to move higher and challenge the next resistance zone.
Remember, position determines profit and loss, and fund flow determines direction.
