The biggest takeaway for me in 2025 is learning to wait. When I first started, I couldn't help but jump in whenever I saw K-line fluctuations, frequently entering and exiting, which resulted in a complete loss. After some time working at a top-tier exchange, I gradually changed my strategy — no longer chasing the trend, but spending more time observing, waiting for the right opportunity to act.

The most useful method is to record every trade. When reviewing trading records, impulsive orders and unplanned operations are easy to spot, while decisions based on thorough observation tend to be more stable in results. Although this process doesn't guarantee profits every time, it gave me a clearer understanding of the essence of trading — this is not gambling, but a practice of patience and self-discipline. The market made me understand this more deeply.

Wait a minute, why does what you're saying sound like you're advertising a trading course... But on the other hand, keeping a record of trades is indeed a brilliant move; you can immediately see when you were out of your mind.

That's right, I've also gone through those turbulent days, and now I realize that frequent trading is just an excuse for losses. Keeping a trading record is brilliant; with one look, you can tell which trades were impulsive and which ones were genuinely well thought out.

Bro, this summary is amazing. To be honest, I was just messing around like this at first. Now I realize that chasing highs and selling lows is just giving money to the exchange.

Wait, are you serious? I used to get itchy just by looking at the candlestick charts, and ended up losing so much that I doubted my life. Now I think not moving is actually the hardest part.

Haha, really. I used to be like that too, just a little shake of the candlestick chart and I’d get itchy. Now my account name is changed to this—lessons learned the hard way. Patience is the hardest lesson; it's easy to say but hell to practice.
