Arbitrage phenomena between prediction markets have become the norm. The closer the event definitions, the greater the arbitrage space usually is. Currently, some prediction platforms exhibit highly overlapping markets, especially on hot events such as Federal Reserve policy directions and cryptocurrency price trends, where multiple platforms often have very similar market setups. This provides sharp traders with numerous opportunities—by exploiting price differences across different platforms, they can lock in relatively stable profits. As the number of participants in prediction markets increases, these price discrepancies between platforms may gradually converge, but in the current stage of dispersed liquidity, cross-platform arbitrage remains a viable strategy.
