Recently, I've been eyeing LIT, planning to scoop up a $1000 position at the bottom. But before taking action, I want to clarify this matter.
The perpetual contract track is really hot right now. LIT, ASTER, and HYPE are all top contenders.
HYPE is the leader, reaching over $60 at its peak, but it was too expensive, so I gave up. Why chase the high?
ASTER claims to be a small top-tier platform on the chain. A famous investor was stuck with over $2 million in it, pushing the project’s hype to a market cap ceiling of $6 billion, with the token price soaring to $2.4. Now it’s dropped to $0.7, and the market cap shrank to $1.8 billion. Honestly, buying at this level isn’t bad, just don’t go all-in. After all, the project is still alive, and the hype hasn’t cooled off.
LIT is what I’m most optimistic about. Also in the hot perpetual contract track, the product experience is incredibly smooth, and trading volume is fierce. Compared to ASTER and HYPE, both the token price and market cap are much lower.
Here’s the data: LIT’s all-time high was $4, with a market cap exceeding $1 billion. Now the token price is $2.6, corresponding to a market cap of about $670 million. Compared to ASTER’s current $1.8 billion market cap? There’s still three times more room to grow.
But what I need to say is— I haven’t bought in yet. The reason is simple: the airdrop dumpers haven’t sold much yet. Once it hits above $3, be careful of a downward squeeze. Still watching and waiting.
