Bitcoin's performance in Q4 2025 fell far short of expectations. This has become the second-worst performance in Bitcoin's Q4 history, only surpassed by the particularly bleak year of 2018 when Q4 dropped by -42.16%.

Ethereum's situation is also not optimistic. Its return rate during the same period was -28.28%, also marking the fourth-worst Q4 return rate in history. The overall trend of the two major cryptocurrencies at the end of the year indicates that the market is facing considerable adjustment pressure, and investors should remain cautious about market performance at the end of the quarter.
