It should have been like this a long time ago. The traditional VC bottleneck has finally found a way to bypass it. The direct on-chain financing system... feels much more reliable than waiting for major institutions to favor you. Tokenized financing can really eliminate middlemen, not just talk. To put it nicely, it's decentralization; frankly, it means VC can take a hike, haha. The security mechanism needs to be detailed enough; don't let it become a new tool for cutting leeks again.
