Q Coin(QUSDT)Yesterday's single-day surge of 35%, looks quite scary. But I've experienced this kind of rapid increase many times, each time accompanied by intense volatility. Those chasing the high often end up losing.
Over the years, I've summarized a rule—after a surge with high volume, if the trading volume suddenly shrinks (like now, down to -98.3%), be cautious. RSI and MACD still look okay, but once liquidity diminishes, a slight sell-off by big players can cause the price to plummet straight down. I've seen many altcoins crash like this.
The current situation is: the price stays at 0.02 USDT, the 4-hour K-line is indeed trending upward, but the 1-hour MACD histogram has already turned negative, and trading volume has significantly decreased. This indicates that the upward momentum is weakening, and it's not a good time to enter.
My approach is to keep observing. I won't chase the top, nor buy at emotional highs. If there is a strong consolidation later and clear signals are released, I will consider:
— Entry condition: price breaks through 0.021 and stabilizes (this proves buying strength)
— Stop-loss point: if it falls below 0.0195 (1-hour candle body), exit immediately
— Target levels: T1 at 0.025, T2 at 0.03
Trend trading is like this—only eat the fish body, and avoid the head and tail, no matter how good the money looks. Risk should always be the top priority.
