In my opinion DeFi sector will break out in 2026.
It looks very promising. Why? Because DeFi is the "engine" of real crypto use - for trading, lending, and earning.
I follow the biggest and most promising projects. For example:
· Uniswap – the leader for trading tokens (a DEX).
· Aave and Compound – leaders for lending and borrowing crypto.
· Lido Finance – the top project for staking, with a very high TVL (Total Value Locked, which means a lot of money is trusted there).
· Chainlink – a critical project that brings real-world data дэйта to blockchains (oracles). It is very important for all of DeFi.
· Projects with cross-chain solutions that help different blockchains work together.
· And even new platforms like Pump.fun, which showed big growth for meme-coins.
So, DeFi is a very active sector. If the market becomes more active, DeFi can be one of the first to grow.
