WBX Leadership Shift: Isabel Trujillo Named as New CFO Replacing Luis Boada

Wallbox N.V. (WBX), a leading provider of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and energy management solutions, announced a significant executive transition on Wednesday. Isabel Trujillo will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer, taking over from departing executive Luis Boada. The transition becomes effective on January 7, 2026.

Trujillo brings considerable experience to the position, with over two decades of international financial management background spanning technology, industrial, and service-oriented industries. Prior to this appointment, she previously held the position of Vice President of Finance at Wallbox, a role she occupied from May 2021 through January 2025, demonstrating her deep familiarity with the company’s operations and financial structure.

The market responded positively to the leadership announcement. On Tuesday’s trading session, WBX shares closed at $3.20, reflecting a gain of 5.61% on the New York Stock Exchange. This upward movement suggests investor confidence in the continuity and strategic direction of the company’s financial leadership under Trujillo’s stewardship.

The executive change represents a carefully managed succession within Wallbox’s leadership team, with Luis Boada’s departure paving the way for Trujillo’s elevation to the CFO position. Her extensive background in financial operations across multiple sectors positions her well to navigate the evolving landscape of the EV charging and energy solutions industry.
