I've seen many ups and downs in the crypto world, but rarely hear of someone truly turning despair into success. Recently, I came across a story that's worth sharing.

A year ago, a trader faced a huge loss of 360,000 and fell into despair, even smashing equipment and disappearing for two months. When we met again, she looked emaciated, and her tone was full of resignation. Everyone thought that was the end.

Unexpectedly, the turnaround came so quickly—relying on just 3,600 USDT of remaining capital, this trader managed to reverse her situation over the next year. Not only did she recover her previous losses, but she also earned over 30,000. What was the key change? She summarized three trading disciplines.

**First: Strict position control, always keep a way out**
Her previous all-in bets hurt her, but now she limits each trade to a maximum of 25% of her account. If a position drops by 10%, she immediately stops loss and exits. Her philosophy is simple—"The account must stay alive for a comeback." This conservative strategy may seem slow in gains, but safety comes first.

**Second: Follow the trend, give up the bottom-fishing dream**
Don’t gamble on the market’s top or bottom—that’s everyone’s nightmare. When the market is rising, go long; when it’s falling, take small short positions, follow the trend. She has made over 6,000 profit on a single trade this way. It’s not astronomical, but it’s stable.

**Third: Take profits when the time is right, lock in gains**
This is the most overlooked and deadly rule—immediately cash out once profitable. Her approach is: from each profit, only leave 15% in the account to continue trading, and withdraw the rest to her wallet. "Greed is the biggest enemy," she says, "one greed can destroy all accumulated gains."

Following these three disciplines, other traders who learned from her have also achieved results. Some turned 2,000 USDT into over 8,000 USDT; others were saved from liquidation just in time, avoiding total loss.

The crypto market indeed offers opportunities, but only if you survive long enough. The rules are simple, but execution is difficult—true experts are never those who predict the market perfectly, but those who manage themselves well. No matter how small the principal, as long as your mindset is right and discipline strict, the snowball will eventually roll.

360,000 wiped out, can I bounce back? Alright, I believe it this time... The key is really self-discipline.

To be honest, I've seen this methodology too many times, and every time someone hypes it up excessively... However, her story of turning around from a 360,000 loss is indeed impressive, I have to admit.

Honestly, I really respect these kinds of people. Losing 360,000 and still managing to crawl out alive—what strong mental resilience that takes... But I still have to complain—about the 25% position size. It sounds simple, but actually doing it is really tough. The guys around me, as soon as they see a rise, they can't help but add to their positions, then... you know how it goes. The most painful part is taking profits early because I am that kind of greedy person. Every time I think I can earn a little more, a wave of correction wipes it all out, and I get so angry I smash the keyboard. This sister has truly understood it—15% rolling withdrawals, sounds like a steady approach. I do agree with going with the trend; bottom fishing really is asking for trouble. Making money is just to keep living and playing, so why risk it all in one shot...

360,000 loss down to 3,600, and still able to turn things around—this girl’s mental resilience is truly exceptional. But to be honest, the most heartbreaking part is the stop-loss—how many people just get wiped out because they can’t bear to cut their losses.

Hmm, this story sounds a bit familiar. I have people like that around me too, but most of them didn't make it to the turning point and ended their own lives. The key is to stay alive; if you're dead, everything else is pointless.
