Want to profit in the contract market? The key is not complex skills, but to stick to these six words—small profits, avoid deep losses.

There is a very simple principle in trading, but very few people truly follow it: don’t chase tiny profits, don’t endure huge losses.

For example, you enter with your principal to go long, and when the price rises slightly, you rush to take profit, missing out on the subsequent doubling of the market; next time, you learn to be “obedient,” choosing to hold on when profitable, expecting a bigger rally, but the market suddenly reverses, and you are forced to cut losses and exit.

Many people repeatedly fall into this dilemma: they can’t hold onto profits when they’re winning, and they’re reluctant to cut losses when they’re losing. They’re afraid of missing volatility and also afraid of profits being given back.

Is there a strategy that can handle both big and small moves? Unfortunately, no. You have to make a choice. And I choose to give up trivial opportunities, focusing only on waiting for truly worthwhile market moves.

These six words—no one can execute perfectly, but they are the core principles I have repeatedly validated in the market. How much you can practice depends on your own accumulation and discipline.

If you still feel confused in trading, you can follow my shares. Investment is a journey of self-cultivation, and I am always here, walking with you.
