The community does not allow riders to ride their bikes into the neighborhood. They could set up a storage rack at the entrance, like during the pandemic, and place the takeout on the rack.

Alternatively, the platform could blacklist that community, and no deliveries would be made there.

Letting delivery and courier personnel walk in is really unreasonable. If it's a large community, isn't it like walking dead?

Both the property management and the platform are responsible for this.
