#Solana Staking ETF
According to the latest information, the REX-Osprey Solana + Staking ETF ( ticker SSK) is set to launch on July 2, 2025, and the SEC has not expressed any objections, confirming the product's readiness. The ETF will directly hold SOL and stake at least 50% of its assets to generate income, making it the first such product in the USA. The current price of SOL is hovering around $147–$159, with a rise of 4–12% following the news, and trading volume has increased by 133% in the last 24 hours, indicating high market interest.
Forecast for the Solana ecosystem:
- Short-term growth: The launch could trigger a rally of SOL to $180 or higher due to an influx of institutional investments.
- Long-term effect: Increased liquidity and capital will support the development of DeFi and NFTs, strengthening Solana's position as the second-largest DEX by volume.
For trading strategies, I personally recommend monitoring volatility in the first few days after launch, considering entry on corrections and long-term positions with staking in mind.
