5.4 Evening Poem Perspective: Breakout encounters resistance and pulls back, the range rhythm remains unchanged!

Reviewing the midday view, after BTC surged near 80,500, the upward momentum indeed continued to weaken as expected, with the price facing pressure at high levels and pulling back. The current trend has confirmed the effectiveness of the overhead selling pressure, and short-term sentiment has shifted from bullish to cautious and retreating.

From the 4-hour timeframe, after reaching the high point of 80,590.2, the price consecutively formed pullback candlesticks, with the center of gravity gradually shifting downward. Although the MACD indicator remains above the zero line, the red bars have shown signs of shrinking, indicating that bullish momentum is further weakening. There is a short-term need to continue testing support levels with a pullback.

Bitcoin suggestion: Short in the 80,000-80,500 range, which is today’s high-pressure zone. When approaching this rebound area, it remains a safe zone for shorting. With insufficient upward strength, a significant breakout is unlikely. The 78,500-78,000 range is the previous oscillation platform's upper boundary and a key support level for short-term pullbacks. If it stabilizes here, it could be an opportunity for low-position entries; if it breaks below, caution is needed for further decline toward 77,500.

Altcoin suggestion: Keep the rhythm in sync with Bitcoin. After a short-term surge, it also faces pressure and pulls back. Currently fluctuating around 2,380, you can refer to Bitcoin’s rhythm for trading: when the rebound approaches the 2,400-2,420 range, consider light short positions targeting 2,340-2,320; after pulling back and stabilizing around 2,320-2,300, consider low-level long opportunities.

Overall, the market has not yet broken out of the range-bound rhythm. The risk of chasing longs at high levels is significantly increased. It is more suitable now to adopt a strategy of buying low and selling high. Evening operations should remain cautious and avoid chasing orders. Wait until the price stabilizes at support levels before participating, prioritizing stability.
