International Maritime Organization: Ships near the Strait of Hormuz must maintain "highest alert level"

Golden Finance reported that on April 21, an International Maritime Organization spokesperson said on the 20th that the situation in the waters near the Strait of Hormuz remains turbulent and changeable. Vessels in the vicinity should maintain the “highest level of alert” and should not take any risky actions without receiving security assurances. According to a notice from the IMO official website, as of the 19th, 24 confirmed ship-attack incidents had occurred in the relevant waters, resulting in the deaths of 10 seafarers.
