Because it's not good, the dealer can't leave. They can only trigger a short squeeze to make some money.

Fortunately, there are market makers and retail investors, allowing for repeated profits—going long to push prices up, then shorting to bring them down, killing both sides.

The market maker's right-hand man only charges a fee. Haven't you noticed that many of the numbers displayed on buy and sell orders are the same? In the last 10 minutes, they've been consistently posting 2260 orders.
