CZ comments on Xue Manzi recalling CEX: There was no in-depth conversation during my first meeting with He Yi, and certainly no "10-hour" deep talk.

On December 8, investor Xue Manzi posted on the X platform recalling the development of CEX. The article mentioned, “In June 2014, CZ met He Yi (then OKCoin co-founder and head of marketing) for the first time at a blockchain sharing event in Shanghai. It is said that the two talked for 10 hours, discussing everything from Bitcoin philosophy to exchange operations, and He Yi invited CZ to join OKCoin Global as CTO.” In response, CZ commented (in the article), “Many details are inaccurate, I won’t go through them one by one. The first time I met He Yi, we just said hello and didn’t chat at all, let alone for 10 hours.”
