You see a memecoin being shilled on X.
You get FOMO: What if it’s THE one?
You ape in.
IT DUMPS! You bought the top once again.
Urgghhhhh…!!
It bleeds for days. Weeks.
What do you do?
Cut down the losses and sell or just leave it be?
For utility tokens, you sell and buy something that might go up higher.
Coz you are smart, and learned about the sunk cost fallacy sometime on the internet.
But Memecoins have this surprising superpower of resurrecting from the dead.
I bought MOODENG’s top late October and thought it would slowly bleed to zero.
But somehow it survived and is reaching ATH.
Quite a few examples like that. $FWOG is another.
If it goes to zero and never comes back… it’s a reminder how stupid you were.
But selling near the bottom? Not worth it.
