PANews January 17 News, according to Red Star News reports, following the arrest of “Prince Group” founder Chen Zhi, Cambodian authorities have also detained another online scam leader: 50-year-old Cambodian Chinese Huang Jimao (Li Kuong). Huang Jimao once held the title of “Baron” and was the owner of a large integrated park called “Royal Park” in Sihanoukville Province. He also had related industries in Mondulkiri Province and other areas, served as the president of the Sihanoukville Casino Association, and was involved in real estate, casinos, hotels, construction, and early timber industries. Investigations revealed that he was suspected of using casinos and hotels to illegally detain individuals for long-term online scam activities and held a central controlling position within the related criminal networks.
