Circle releases its internet finance system vision: focusing on cross-chain interoperability, liquidity orchestration, and institutional-grade asset issuance

USDC-0,01%

Gate News message, April 10, Circle released its 2026 vision for the development of internet finance systems, proposing to focus on building cross-chain interoperability infrastructure, liquidity orchestration capabilities, and an institution-level asset issuance framework to drive value-efficient movement in a multi-chain ecosystem. In terms of cross-chain infrastructure, Circle said it will introduce features such as Fast Transfer in the future to enable second-level settlement without waiting for the source chain’s final confirmation, improving capital utilization efficiency. In the asset expansion layer, the CCTP plan is to expand to more assets beyond USDC, including EURC, USYC, and cirBTC, and to support the issuance and circulation of real-world assets (RWA) across multiple chains. In addition, Circle is working to coordinate cross-chain processes through tools such as Bridge Kit, Deposit Kit, Fee Service, and Workflows, simplifying multi-chain operational workflows, enabling one-click cross-chain interactions, reducing development complexity, and improving the user experience.
