Crypto management platform Tally will shut down after more than 5 years of operation, according to CEO Dennison Bertram. The company had considered issuing tokens but canceled due to unfavorable market conditions and concerns about fulfilling commitments to investors. During its operation, Tally processed over $1 billion in transactions, attracted more than 1 million users, and served hundreds of organizations. Major protocols like Uniswap and Arbitrum have used the platform’s infrastructure.

Bertram said Tally was built based on Ethereum’s “infinite garden” vision, but the actual demand has not developed as expected. The application will gradually shut down starting at the end of the month, while still providing temporary support to customers.
