2. How do I get a Gate Card?
- You can apply for a Gate Card (Classic & Platinum) through the Gate Card web portal or Gate Pay App. Simply follow the instructions and complete KYC to obtain your card.
3. How and where can I use cryptocurrency with Gate Card?
- Gate Card offers a seamless and secure way to use cryptocurrency for purchases at physical stores and online, allowing users to spend crypto at over 150 million merchants worldwide that accept Visa.
4. Which countries/regions are supported by Gate Card?
- Gate Card is currently available to users in multiple countries and regions worldwide. Please click to start the application process to confirm your eligibility. If your country or region is not listed among the available options, it means card issuance is not currently supported there. We plan to gradually roll out Gate Card to more regions globally in the future.
5. How do I report a lost or stolen Gate Card?
- If your Gate Card is lost or stolen, please immediately freeze your card, then proceed with card replacement or contact Gate customer support for assistance with reporting and replacing your card.
6. How long does it take to receive a Gate Card?
- Once the physical card is issued, estimated delivery time is 15–45 days depending on postal service conditions.
7. Can I withdraw cash from ATMs using Gate Card?
- You can withdraw cash from ATMs displaying the Visa logo using your Gate Card. Please note that withdrawals require payment of a service fee, and there are withdrawal limits.
8. How do I check my balance and transaction history?
- You can view your debit card balance and transaction history via the web portal or Gate Pay app. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the card page to see your current balance and recent transactions.
9. How do I link Gate Card to Google Pay and Apple Pay?
- Currently, Gate Card (Classic & Platinum) only supports adding details to Google Pay. Once successfully linked, you can use Gate Card for password-free payments on Google Pay. For specific instructions, refer to details.
