Arbitrum USDC Optimizer sofreu uma vulnerabilidade: como preencher a lacuna de 360 000 dólares em fundos

【Blockchain Rhythm】A security vulnerability has been recently discovered in the USDC Fusion Optimizer vault on the Arbitrum network. The IPOR team received an alert on January 6th and identified a specific technical flaw that resulted in a loss of $336,000 worth of USDC.

It’s important to note that the scope of impact from this vulnerability is actually quite limited. It targeted a specific version configuration in the Fusion Vault, and due to the unique architecture of this system, it became the only vault easily susceptible to this type of attack. From a risk proportion perspective, this loss represents less than 1% of the total funds secured by Fusion.

In response, IPOR DAO and Security Alliance have coordinated tracking efforts to attempt recovery of the relevant funds. More importantly, IPOR DAO has committed to supplementing the shortfall from its own treasury to ensure 100% compensation for all affected depositors. This rapid emergency response and full compensation approach provides some reassurance to the market.
