该事件显示，在去中心化预测市场上，提前掌握调查结果可产生显著的不对称优势，扭曲市场价格和预测结果，损害普通投资者利益。数据显示，52个普通地址损失金额在1万至10万美元以上，总计损失超过160万美元，这些损失被内部人士收益所掩盖。
链上分析机构 Lookonchain 识别出12个疑似内部人士钱包，总获利约102万美元。其中，地址 0x1d9af60c679cd0b577c3c4ccb4b1a4be4174426d（predictorxyz）仅在 Axiom 市场交易就获利411,600美元，另外两个地址分别获利354,000美元和144,000美元，每个地址均只参与单一市场交易。WuBlockchain 数据显示，共有3,630多个地址参与此类交易，最终56.2%的参与者实现盈利。
宏观来看，这类行为与传统证券市场中的抢先交易模式类似，揭示了去中心化金融（DeFi）平台在信息透明性与滥用之间的矛盾。ZachXBT 对 Axiom 的披露表明，链上透明度既可揭露内幕，也可能助长基于信息的不正当交易。
